What is Script Writing?
Script Writing is the process of creating a hypothetical or a
reality-based situation in your head and then transferring those thoughts into
words to come up with a script. The process of writing a script is different to
that of writing a novel or a story. Script writing is made up of a few
formatting methods; Screenplay format is used to express the story in a visual
form. Scriptwriters or screenwriters write for films, television, video games,
and even web series. A script writer can have various script writing
considerations for example, externalizing a character’s internal motivation,
which is basically the process of transforming someone’s inner motivations and
inspirations in a visual manner. The process of scriptwriting is a continuous
reminder that whatever script that being crafted should be effectively
reflected on the screen.
It is very essential for a script to follow a proper format, for a
character to effectively perform their r. A script or a screenplay is a
blueprint of how the visual projections would look on screen. Screenplays are
usually of 90 to 110-page length, the screenplay must have a 12-point courier

Scene Heading: the second step should be a scene heading that signifies
where the scene would take place. The scene could be a general location, a
specific location; to match the theme and the aesthetic and nature of the shoot,
and the time of the day as to when the shoot is to take place
Subheadings: sub headers are small lines that explain when the scene
should occur in another place
How to write a script?
The best way to get an idea of how a script looks is by going through an
already existing script. It’s important to not only read that script but
understand what went on behind that script. The first most essential aspect is
the structure, which is made up of 3 parts: the treatment, the dialogue list,
and the stage directions. The dialogue list is into separate pages according to
the scene. The stage direction should be brief but must cover all the
requirements. One of the most essential aspects of an effective script is the
generation of script ideas. There are various ways to craft the ideas you have
in your head in form of text. When writing a script there should be a
consideration that the idea should be able to grasp the attention of the
reader. The first few lines of your story should be persuasive and captivating
enough to set a positive impression for the entire story. There is various software
